Someone who probably shouldn't be fucked with. Not much is known about Afro himself. He was a rather scrawny boy before his powers manifested in puberty, even though he was, well, silent as all get out. Ever since his teens, though, he's been fighting both Tallies and non-Tallies and basically trouncing just about everyone whomst decided to cause a fuss and drag him out to take care of the problem. Mostly because he was bored.
He's actually very not-interested in fighting anybody nowadays- he mostly does so to keep the (relative) peace at this point. It bores him, and he's just kinda tired of Tallies and non-Tallies just going at it with each other and themselves.

•Predictive precognition: Through either natural ability or his high-tech glasses, he's able to predict the movements of his foes at least at five different junctions. It is difficult to trip Afro up. That said, it's easy to trip him up if an action he didn't predict happens or something entirely out of anyone's control happens.
•Super Strength: Self-explanatory. He works out a good amount, so he's obviously able to stand toe-to-toe against tougher Tallies. He can still be taken out if fought in hand-to-hand, since even a Tally with just plain super-strength is probably easy to take out if thought about.
•Perihelion: His personal gold-plated handgun. Easily modifiable on the spot, really intimidating, but can only really take pistol-compatible rounds and can hold ~9 shots a clip. Semi-automatic. Named such basically because he thinks it sounds cool, and it's obnoxiously bright during the day. Also, using it means he gives away his position if he misses because it's very, very loud, so he avoids using it if he's supposed to be quiet.
